Why Do Breakups Hurt More For Women?

“Why do breakups hurt more for women?” This is a question that has been asked and answered time again. The reason I get the question “Why do breakups hurt so much for women?” is because many men seem to think that women are at fault when it comes to relationships and breakups. That they are somehow “soft” and not as brave or “courageous” as men when it comes to getting back together with their ex.

While it may be true that women are sometimes less courageous and tough than men, the truth is that men and women do suffer from guilt after things go bad. Men sometimes do not even realize what they are doing is wrong. At other times, men get angry and upset that things have ended up this way, but feel no remorse. No matter how you look at it, guilt is a big part of why men and women split in relationships.

Men and women get hurt when their emotions get in the way and that they become too sensitive or emotional. They get overly upset and even cry when things go wrong. Even if they are just having a bad day, if they let their emotions get out of control then they may hurt themselves or their loved ones. Men who get too upset over their breakup can cause themselves physical harm if they become too upset over things like divorce. It can also lead to depression, substance abuse and even high blood pressure.

Another reason that women may try to be nice when they first break up with a man is because they do not want to rock the boat. Yes, a woman does not always want to be the one who is getting dumped, but at the same time a woman does not want to appear weak if she is dating a very popular, confident guy. She wants him to know that she is strong and confident and can handle whatever comes her way even though he is not.

A woman can sometimes be mean when she is mad because she thinks that a man does not love her. She can get so upset that she takes it out on her husband or boyfriend. She does not realize that the problem lies with the man and not her. She will do anything to make him change even if he is doing the opposite.

The main reason that why do breakups hurt for women? It is simply not letting go of the one that you truly care about. You have to learn how to get past your anger and emotions if you are truly going to move on. You can get past your anger by taking time to talk with a professional who can help you get on with your life.
